Utah submits more details on Lake Powell pipeline licensing

The Utah Division of Water Resources submitted additional paperwork on the proposed Lake Powell pipeline to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, with more details on funding, cultural resources and water use related to the $1.3 billion pipeline.
